The Situation
Google was still at the beginning of their Product Inclusion and Equity journey, and wanted to share what they’d been learning, to help drive progress across industries and teach others how to build with equity at the forefront.
The Challenge
Google came to Hero to design, from the bottom up, an experiential event where attendees could learn from experts, professionals and performers across various industries, about Product Inclusion & Equity.
What We Did
Hero single-handedly created Google’s first-ever Product Inclusion & Equity Summit, that wasn’t only about inclusion & equity, it was built according to those principles. For two full days, attendees engaged in workshops, presentations, interactive elements, hands-on projects and performances, all in an environment where everyone — regardless of their abilities or background — found their place.
