SPAC Trailblazers are Rewarded For Their Risk 30 Years Later

Business partners David Nussbaum and David Miller invented SPACs in 1993 as another way to access public investors. Now that the new IPOs are trending, nearly 30 years after the partners set the trend, Nussbaum and Miller are reaping the rewards of their moves. The two never expected SPACs to explode as they have in the past year but the benefits of this new financial trend are enough to help them forget about the decades of struggle.
