Rapper Rick Ross has made a name for himself with tracks and his extravagant lifestyle. Now, the entrepreneur is focusing his efforts on the telehealth industry by investing $1 million in Jetdoc. Jetdoc is a Florida-based telehealth startup that is structured as an online health club offering virtual doctor visits with the $10-$20 monthly membership fee. On top of the virtual doctor visits, members also receive perks such as 85% off retail-priced prescription medication. Ross’s motivation for this investment comes from a recent health journey the rap star went through that showed him the importance of good eating and sleeping habits among other elements of achieving wellness.
